About the Opportunity
THS is looking for an energetic talent acquisition / recruiter / associate who will enjoy a fast -paced, entrepreneurial and growth-oriented environment. In this position, you will be working with our recruiting and business development staff placing the right talent for both interim (Task Force) and regular full-time assignments for our hotel clients. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of talent acquisition experience that may include working in the hospitality industry or for an agency that sources and places clients for various positions in other industries. It will also be important for this person to be “tech savvy” in order to do research and work in various software systems and social media. This position is located in Roanoke, Texas, near the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This position is hybrid, fostering collaboration through a combination of in-office and remote work.
What you will be Doing
- Review and update new job listings daily
- Review Pull consultants that are a part of our THS database to determine fitness for a current open positions
- Maintain regular communication with consultants to discuss job opportunities, availability, and pricing and update information in the system following calls
- Work with Business Development / Recruiting to quickly identify source candidates in the database to fill immediate positions
- Monitor the THS Gmail account for incoming leads from consultants and clients and add qualified consultants to the Bullhorn System database
- Ensure consistent branding and professional presentation by adding the THS logo and refining content on consultant resumes before client submission.
- Calculate pricing for 1099 and W2 candidates in accord with THS gross margin objective
- Support business development by establishing new client accounts in the Bullhorn system, adding associated hotels and management companies.
- Generate and review various consultant / candidate reports
- Present consultants to clients
- Identify, prioritize, and initiate business development opportunities
- Source applicants for open positions utilizing online channels such as Indeed, LinkedIn and similar networks and social media sites
