Transformation House, a leader in Behavioral Healthcare, is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, providing essential support to our staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues
- Assist users with basic technical problems and escalate complex issues as needed
- Set up computers and phones for new employees
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of computers and related equipment
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to employee training materials
- Provide IT support via phone, email, and in person
