GENERAL FUNCTION / SUMMARY
As a Regional Internal Specialist, you will work from the assigned regional office to provide unwavering support to life insurance agents, empowering them with the tools and guidance needed to excel. Your role includes coordinating seminars and events, facilitating insurance transactions, and educating agents on financial planning strategies to ensure exceptional client service.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to affiliated life agents from the assigned regional office and assist other regions as needed.
- Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' financial needs and achieve their goals.
- Coordinate seminars and events including but not limited to registrations, supplies ordering and organization, venue setup; assist with training videos replay
- Educate agents on financial planning concepts, including retirement preparation and wealth transition strategies.
- Facilitate insurance sales and transactions by scheduling medical exams and collecting client information.
- Serve as a liaison between agents and internal teams, including processing, contracting, licensing, and commission departments.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge across all insurance carriers.
- Perform other tasks assigned.
