About the Position and Our Team

We're looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to work closely with our sales teams balancing strategy, data, and creativity to drive demand into key markets and accelerate our revenue growth. This role is all about attracting new customers through a mix of both inbound and outbound marketing strategies. In collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing, you will identify target markets and accounts, craft messaging, select channels and formulate multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert prospects into TransImpact Raving Fans.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy campaign strategies to build awareness and drive qualified leads to sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and target best-fit verticals and accounts, leveraging pipeline and closed / win data and analytics.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects related to our supply chain planning services and solutions, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Own and manage campaign budget to drive leads through digital channels, events, emails, advertising, direct mail, and more.
  • Work with Product Marketing to leverage core messaging and develop and test persona-based messages in your campaigns to drive greater effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Sales to drive campaign outreach including LinkedIn, Email, and Phone calls. Share campaign schedules, messaging, scripts, and performance targets.
  • Write copy to support campaigns, including email scripts, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to commission and create compelling content, such as collateral, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, to support initiatives.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of campaigns and / or events using HubSpot and other methods and technologies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Support annual marketing plan development for the company's strategy.
  • Work at the strategic level, generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, and at the tactical level, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Job responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization's values.
  • Qualifications and Skills Required

  • 3 years of B2B SaaS / technology campaign marketing experience.
  • Successfully built scalable marketing programs including campaigns and events.
  • Ability to manage and report on marketing programs' performance.
  • Knowledge and technical aptitude for marketing automation and CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with a bias for data-driven decision-making.
  • Inquisitive, flexible, and strong collaborator who partners with stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills to craft persona-based messaging and outreach scripts.
  • Self-starter, curious to learn, and ability to pick things up quickly and make them your own.
  • BA / BS degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Location and Work

    This position can be remote out of our Independence, Ohio location. The ability to work in our office, with a hybrid schedule if you are a candidate who lives within 45 miles from the office, is preferred.
