Location and Work

This position is remote out of our Independence, Ohio location. The ability to work in our office, with a hybrid schedule if the candidate is within 45 miles of either our Independence, Ohio, or Emerald Isle, NC offices is preferred.

About The Position And Our Team

The Product Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for TransImpact’s new and existing products and services. This includes conducting market research, creating and publishing ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and Personas, building target audiences, developing messaging and positioning, supporting product launches, and supporting content development to fuel full-funnel marketing. You will act as the hub between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success for successfully taking new and enhanced products to market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish ICPs and target Personas to assist in the development of effective messaging and positioning
  • Develop GTM (Go-To-Market) product launch plans. You will plug into the product launch process, acting as the Marketing team’s core representative, and will own the launch process for Marketing with special attention to support Sales
  • Identify and support the development of the right content and sales enablement materials to support product launches including emails, website copy, brochures, webinars, etc.
  • Create messaging maps and partner with Demand and Customer teams to determine and create relevant content for each stage of the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
  • Develop product marketing tools and templates to support new employee onboarding and sales training
  • Work with the sales team to identify and fulfill sales enablement initiatives to improve sales velocity and close/win ratios
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to identify process and data improvements that can be made to drive further insights for improving targeting and win rates
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Product Marketing best practices to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Maintain and publish the competitive intelligence library, and ensure TransImpact’s market differentiation
  • Support the analysis and consideration of new technologies and processes to full customer lifecycle management and growth (example: product user behavior tech, Pendo)


Qualifications And Skills Required

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in marketing with strong knowledge of product launch and go to market strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts to a range of audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to marketing challenges
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
