Transit and Level Clinic, a sales and service company for Land Surveying and Construction Layout Equipment and Supplies is looking for a Store Manager for our Birmingham, AL location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, cleaning, shipping/receiving and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees, fostering teamwork and providing guidance and support.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize product availability while minimizing costs.
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive overall business success.
Qualifications:
-Land Surveying or Construction experience is required.
- Previous experience in retail management is required.
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage store expenses and maximize profitability.
- Proven ability to sell products and negotiate with customers to drive sales.
- Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire a team of employees.
- Strong focus on customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Requirement: Must be able to life 55 pounds
Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
