We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to drive our online sales, manage digital marketing campaigns, and ensure a seamless customer experience across our B2C and B2B platforms.

What You’ll Do
E-commerce & Website Management
- Oversee website merchandising for both B2C and B2B platforms.
- Optimize product descriptions and value propositions to improve conversions.
- Ensure accurate inventory representation on the website and across product feeds.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Google Analytics, ensuring proper tag implementation and accurate reporting.
- Conduct A/B testing on layouts and design elements to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with IT teams on website development and technical improvements.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and flows to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Set up and manage ad campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to optimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Track and update key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms, specifically Klayvio.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Passion for bikes and the outdoor industry is a plus!

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
