Transition Bikes is a rider-owned and operated brand that builds high-performance mountain bikes for passionate riders. We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to drive our online sales, manage digital marketing campaigns, and ensure a seamless customer experience across our B2C and B2B platforms.

You thrive in an online environment and are excited to manage website merchandising, optimize digital campaigns, and create engaging customer experiences. You’re organized, data-driven, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

 

What You’ll Do

E-commerce & Website Management

  • Oversee website merchandising for both B2C and B2B platforms.
  • Optimize product descriptions and value propositions to improve conversions.
  • Ensure accurate inventory representation on the website and across product feeds.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Google Analytics, ensuring proper tag implementation and accurate reporting.
  • Conduct A/B testing on layouts and design elements to improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on website development and technical improvements.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and flows to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Set up and manage ad campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to optimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Track and update key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms, specifically Klayvio.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Passion for bikes and the outdoor industry is a plus!

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
