In this role, you will manage Workday helpdesk tickets, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, and work closely with the HR team to develop training materials for end-users. Additionally, you will support Workday analysts and help streamline HR processes by leveraging your expertise in Workday and HRIS systems.
This is a remote position with occasional travel requirements, but candidates must reside in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems is preferred, but a strong foundation in Workday essential.

Salary target: $75-95k (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance custom HRIS/Workday reports and dashboards.
- Act as a trusted advisor for HR teams, providing expertise on business requirements, data presentation, reporting performance, and the metrics that drive business insights and decision-making.
- Apply advanced analytical skills to address functional business requirements and increase adoption of Workday reporting capabilities. Demonstrate a proven ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies and processes.
- Create reporting solutions that effectively meet business needs, while considering the audience, performance, and usability.
- Develop rapid reporting prototypes and solutions, analyzing the costs and benefits of different report types to gather fast feedback.
- Make security-related changes in HRIS system, such as creating roles and managing user access.
- Work closely with HR and other business teams to troubleshoot and resolve security issues promptly.
- Provide ongoing support to HR teams, resolving issues related to the HRIS and business processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience working in Human Resources with HRIS systems.
- Workday experience is required.
- HCM experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HRIS concepts, data models, and data relationships.
- General knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
