Position Summary:
Responsible for Preparation of the accounts receivable; rep payee account; collection of Housing and Service Fee and related records; preparation of collection data sheets; records-keeping of resident transfers in program; office and clerical duties as needed. Reports directly to and is evaluated by the Assistant Director of Financial Services.
Requires skill and knowledge of basic accounting procedures, bookkeeping and computer programs. Familiar with the use of contemporary office equipment. Good interpersonal, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications
Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, and three years full-time, paid bookkeeping experience.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal automobile, pass all background and drug clearances.
