Will be responsible for contacting referrals, initiating the housing process, and coordinating all placement activities. Follows and under stands the Housing First Model practice. Locates suitable housing and communicates with landlords on clients behalf regarding the Supporting Housing Program. Assists clients with understand lease agreements and obtaining the proper preplacement paperwork. Ensures linkages to outpatient mental health, substance abuse, educational, vocational programs and self-help groups as desired by the client. Must possess a valid driver's license and a reliable personal automobile. Violations are reviewed administratively for potential safety risk to tenants. Proof of active automobile insurance required.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field, and a minimum of one year paid, behavioral health experience.
Expected annual salary: Starting at $50,995
Schedule: 35hrs per week (1 hr unpaid lunch)
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal automobile. Must pass all background checks, including a drug screening.
