Job Description
Provides support and supervision to residents living in a congregate setting. Assists in the smooth operation of the unit, including medication management, meal planning and preparation, crisis management, and maintenance. Work sites will vary, based on the needs of the agency. Must be available second shift on weekdays (4 p.m. to midnight), and weekends (and will be assigned 5 days, generally from 4 p.m. to midnight but hours may vary, especially on the weekends). There will be the opportunity for 2nd and 3rd shift hours.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s (or junior or senior standing) in human services or Associate’s Degree in a human services discipline, plus 1 year of paid health/human services or customer service experience.
OR
High school diploma or GED, plus 3 years paid experience in health/human services or customer service.
