What You'll Do At Work
- Direct and manage daily tasks of all care coordinators, ensuring effective workflow and accountability.
- Oversee the effective and accurate scheduling of clients through email, phone, online booking, and various other platforms.
- Facilitate orientation, training, performance evaluations, and performance improvement counseling for direct reports to promote professional growth and compliance.
- Answer client questions about treatment options, accounts, and balances.
- Communicate with a variety of others (healthcare providers, hospitals, insurance representatives) to coordinate seamless referrals for treatment.
- Send financial agreements and update applicable reports on a daily basis to maintain accurate records.
- Oversee and manage tracking and communication requirements for VA and Tricare.
- Handle records requests and other documentation needs efficiently.
- Minimum: High School Graduate or equivalent
- Preferred qualifications include experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting, LPN or RN licensure, and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong basic computing skills with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
- Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to work well with frequent interruptions, and ability to communicate with a variety of others in a manner that is direct, clear, courteous, and tactful in person, by phone, and by email
- Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.
- Provide current fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable, ensuring continuous coverage.
