Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Transitions Healthcare North Huntingdon is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of talented caregivers.
This is a casual position that will work a minimum of two shifts per month, one of them being a Saturday or Sunday. One summer holiday and one winter holiday.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibility Highlights include:
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments
- Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
- Report the condition of a patient back to RNs (Registered Nurses) and doctors
- Communicate openly and effectively with patients and families, while demonstrating compassion and friendly behavior
- Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program
- Must have a valid LPN license in PA
