• Provide leadership and guidance to staff in implementing outpatient and inpatient programming
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to strengthen the program
• Ensure effective coordination and exchange of information with staff and other agency programs
• Collaborate with executive leadership on resource allocation
• Participate in evaluating employee performance, coaching, and discipline
Requirements:
* Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human service, or related field
* LCSW, LPCC or related license required
* Minimum of 2 years of supervision experience preferred
* License supervision designation preferred
Compensation:
$70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
