About the Job:
This leadership role is responsible for supervising a team of sales professionals who cater to residential customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading high-performing teams, identifying talent gaps, and implementing training plans to enhance customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of assigned sales teams
- Meet and exceed budgeted headcounts and sales goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop training programs to address them
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and product offerings
Requirements:
