We are looking for a Content Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, combining strategy, execution, and innovation to fuel our content marketing efforts. If you’re passionate about AI, content, and growth, this is your chance to shape a product with global impact. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across multiple channels to drive engagement, SEO rankings, and brand authority. You will collaborate with the internal team, ghostwriters, and third-party partners to ensure high-quality content production that aligns with business objectives. You will play a critical role in the development and adoption of Lara, a ground-breaking SaaS product.

What You’ll Do

1. Content Strategy & Planning. 
   1. Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring a steady flow of high-impact content.
   2. Research and define relevant topics, niches, and audience interests to guide content creation.
   3. Optimize content for SEO, discoverability, and engagement.
2. Content Creation & Distribution. 
   1. Create, edit, and publish content across various platforms (blog, knowledge-base, newsletters, etc…).
   2. Leverage AI-powered tools for content generation, repurposing, and automation.
   3. Manage and maintain content quality, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and brand tone.
3. Team & Resource Management. 
   1. Source, manage, and oversee ghostwriters, partners, and third-party content providers.
   2. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with broader business goals.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience in the same role, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Proficient in AI-powered tools for content creation and automation.
• Good SEO skills, with a deep understanding of keyword optimization, SERP rankings, and organic growth strategies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Resilient and resourceful, with a customer-focused approach and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Highly adaptable to changing priorities, embracing challenges with flexibility and a proactive attitude.

We offer: full-time contract. This position requires daily in-office presence, so we are unable to accommodate fully remote work. However, we value flexibility and offer the opportunity to work up to 48 days remotely per year, allowing for a balanced and adaptable work experience.
