The role
CLEAR Global has an opening for a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Officer to undertake core MEAL tasks on specific projects and programs and move CLEAR Global’s MEAL work forward generally. The projects and programs covered are subject to confirmation, but are likely to include a project aiming to steer a set of experiments and interventions related to language technology for African languages, a project on the development of a voice language data collection platform and training across the different country programs.

Qualifications
The MEAL Officer should be an innovative self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, an understanding of the humanitarian sector and a track record in data analysis and MEAL. They should be enthusiastic about the importance of increasing access to knowledge and the reach, impact and accountability of services through language. The right candidate is an energetic team player and leader who agrees with CLEAR Global's basic beliefs and values and who can work virtually with team members based throughout the world.
