Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic financial plans.
- Oversee management reporting, delivering clear, concise, and actionable financial insights to the executive team and board of directors.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic decision-making, including scenario planning, growth initiatives, and risk analysis.
- Drive operational and financial alignment across all functions
- Manage the preparation and presentation of key financial reports, including variance analyses, trend reports, and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure the company’s financial planning processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in FP&A deliverables.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CFO and executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit and investor relations activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required); MBA or CPA (preferred).
- 12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, including leadership roles with direct responsibility for corporate financial planning and management reporting.
- Proven ability to lead company-wide financial planning initiatives and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with experience using FP&A tools (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
- Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, including capital allocation, forecasting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Workday Adaptive and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in Corporate Consolidations and Technical Operations FP&A
- Track record of driving process improvements, implementing automation, and enhancing reporting systems.
- Hands-on leadership style with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
