SUMMARY : TRABUS has an opportunity for an Executive Assistant (EA) that will provide high-level administrative support to the NAVWAR Competency Lead, Deputy Competency Lead, and Director of Operations, assisting with the day-to-day functions of the Program Management and Acquisition Office. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements, as well as plan internal and external engagements such as meetings, conferences, and events. The EA will assist in the preparation of briefing materials, draft documents according to Navy Correspondence Manual guidelines, and coordinate data calls to gather and communicate information to government leadership.
The Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, providing troubleshooting support for software, hardware, and network issues. This role will involve tracking and resolving operational issues, coordinating maintenance, upgrades, and tech refreshes, and submitting Move, Add, Change (MAC) requests. The ACTR will also assist users with troubleshooting NMCI-related issues, support telework setups, and help with IT system access requests, including SAAR-N and SIPRNET token requests.
POSITION DESCRIPTION & DUTIES :
EA Support :
- Provide Executive Assistant support to a NAVWAR Competency Lead, Deputy Competency Lead, and Director of Operations to support day-to-day functions of the Program Management and Acquisition Office. Support government leadership with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Oversee schedules, manage calendars, appointments, recurring meetings and engagements, and travel arrangements with accuracy.
- Plan internal and external engagements, including meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist in the development and consolidation of briefing material and drafting documents in accordance with Navy Correspondence Manual guidelines.
- Coordinate, monitor, and execute data calls to gather inputs from both internal and external stakeholders. Consolidate and communicate information from data calls to government leadership for further action.

REQUIREMENTS :
Managing incoming and outgoing communications at the Program Manager-level.
