What You Will Be Responsible For :
- Identifying potential clients through strategies such as internet research, trade show attendance, referrals, and professional directories.
- Engaging and securing new clients via cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Growing existing client relationships by collaborating with senior leadership to increase business and upsell the TransPerfect services portfolio.
- Developing innovative solutions to enhance business development strategies.
- Negotiating rates and delivery timelines with both prospective and current clients.
- Informing clients about the translation process, including pricing, turnaround times, and competitive insights.
- Coordinating with production teams to ensure accurate and meticulous handling of jobs, culminating in high-quality deliverables.
- Consistently following up with clients to ensure overall satisfaction with our services.
- Staying informed on industry trends, leaders, and significant news affecting our market.
- Taking on additional special projects and duties as required.
