What You Will Be Doing:
- Research and identify potential clients who may benefit from translation services, compile contact lists, and initiate outreach through cold emails, phone calls, or social media.
- Assist the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
- Help track sales pipeline activities and manage client relationships using CRM software.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Analyze data to identify new opportunities and provide insights that can inform the sales strategy.
- With supervision, engage with prospective and existing clients to answer inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up on proposals.
- Ensure that client requests and feedback are promptly communicated to the sales team.
- Help generate and update sales reports and dashboards to track key metrics and performance indicators.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reviews.
Who We Are Looking For:
Your experience includes:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Sales experience preferred
- Studying toward a bachelor’s degree
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work with and learn from diverse groups/people/concepts
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
