Job Responsibilities:

Manage inventory, including orders, invoicing, receiving, annual returns, and obsolete parts.

Oversee yearly physical inventory for all Thermo King locations.

Track and manage inventory in service trucks.
-
Ensure timely and accurate parts returns.
-
Order and manage large account accessory unit parts, ensuring correct quantities and delivery dates.

Drive efficiency and growth within the Parts Department.

Supervise and train Parts Clerks and Route Sales Associates across all shifts.
-
Conduct performance reviews and approve PTO scheduling for team members.
-
Meet with customers to understand their parts needs.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the parts room and parts vehicles.

Back-up Parts Clerk and Route Sales as needed, including customer assistance, stock organization, and deliveries.

Operate forklifts to move stock and assist with inventory management.

Research and manage relationships with cost-effective vendors.

Process counter orders, invoicing, and warranty claims.

Assist with answering phones and routing calls.

Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Valid, clean driver’s license.
-
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Willingness to work extra hours as needed.

Must be able to travel to company locations and for training purposes.

Experience with Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
