Warranty Administrator

About the Role:
Transport Refrigeration, Inc. (TRI) is hiring a Warranty Administrator to join our team in De Pere, WI. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing warranty claims, tracking receivables, and ensuring accurate, timely submissions. Occasional travel may be required for training.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean, valid driver’s license
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Access)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn company-specific software quickly
- Background in transport refrigeration is a plus, but not required
- Team-oriented, professional, and reliable
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (after job offer)
What You’ll Do:
- Process warranty and commercial policy claims in a timely manner
- Ensure all claims meet manufacturer guidelines
- Track and return parts required for claim approval
- Reconcile payments and credits with accounting schedules
- Analyze warranty reports and follow up on unresolved claims
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Support management with insights and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality
