Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections and Credit Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the credit and collections process, ensuring timely collections of outstanding invoices while maintaining credit files, and credit policies, through credit review, investigation, and establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing credit and collections for a company with a high volume of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall Credit and Collections process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and analyze customer accounts to determine creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.
- Oversee and coordinate collection activities, including reviewing aging reports, and monthly statements, contacting customers regarding overdue accounts, and implementing collection strategies to reduce delinquency.
- Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging, providing updates to senior management and recommending actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operation teams to resolve credit and billing issues.
- Develop and implement effective Credit and investigation policies to minimize risk while maximizing revenue.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports on credit and collections performance.
- Analyze customer payment trends and suggest improvements to the credit policy as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of credit principles, collection techniques, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
