DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports the recruiting department by identifying, engaging and retaining top drivers.
- Making outbound calls, providing company information and addressing applicant inquiries via calls, texts, emails, and other channels.
- Reviewing background reports (MVR, PSP) and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain relationships with driver candidates.
- Manage the applicant pipeline using the Tenstreet ATS.
- Follow up consistently with leads to ensure engagement.
- Communicate hiring process challenges to the recruiting leadership team.
- Maintain detailed hiring notes for each applicant.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with Tenstreet ATS preferred by not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Role operates in a professional office setting and requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
