Job Title: Vinyl Graphics Technician

About the Role: Join our creative and dynamic team as a Vinyl Graphics Technician, where you will play a crucial role in bringing our innovative designs to life. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in vinyl graphics installation, especially with 3M products, and the capability to manage and maintain heavy printing and cutting equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vinyl Graphics Installation: Expertly handle and install vinyl graphics, ensuring high standards of quality and precision. Training will be provided as part of your job responsibilities.
- Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain roll-to-roll printers, cut vinyl plotters, and digital routing and cutting equipment. Understand and manage digital ink systems and their adhesion properties.
- Quality Control: Must be able to read Pantone color swatches, compare them to prints, and make judgments on color, design, and print quality.
- Lifting and Moving Materials: Comfortable lifting and handling heavy equipment and boxes weighing 30 lbs, as part of daily tasks.
- Finishing and Packaging: Perform banner finishing and ensure graphics are properly labeled and securely packaged for shipment.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on Experience: Strong experience in vinyl graphics installation, particularly with 3M products. Training will be provided as part of your job responsibilities.
- Technical Skills: Requires intermediate computer skills to operate software related to graphic installation and production.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a production environment, with a preference for those experienced in graphics production.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment regularly and climb ladders as needed.
