As we continue to expand, we are looking to grow our Key Account Management team.
Job purpose
As the Key Account Manager, you will own, develop, and execute the growth strategy of a portfolio of validated customers. You will be responsible for understanding the overall company budget and held accountable to your own personal portfolio contribution. You will implement and tailor solutions to increase revenue, add value, and maximize profitability throughout customers supply chains. You will utilize team resources and management to ensure the optimal customer experience. An “A” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit is needed to succeed in this dynamic company environment.
Duties and responsibilities
• Develop, implement and execute customer specific revenue growth strategy
• Comprehension of annual company budget and full ownership of personal portfolio contribution • Actively manage all contractual and transactional revenue opportunities
• Own and execute customer RFP strategy and process
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with key customer contacts at multiple levels across all departments
• Continuously analyze data looking for trends that impact customer’s business
• Plan, organize and facilitate quarterly business reviews and other customer facing meetings
• Own overall A/R health
• Comprehend customer contracts and payment terms
• Ensure operations team are meeting expectations set by the customer
• Ensure that customer specific KPI’s are exceeded (customer scorecard)
• Utilize innovative resources to find solutions to problems affecting the business
• Promote collaboration with Carrier Sales team to optimize customer experience
• Manage teams’ overall roles and responsibilities and ensure that the work load is balanced
Qualifications include:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in 3PL required

Compensation
Compensation for this role will range between 60,000-75,000 commission.
Working conditions
General office environment. Work is generally performed in a seated position with a high volume of computer screen reading, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard equipment available.
