Job purpose
The Claims and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting carrier compliance administration, assisting in investigating and settling all claims, and participating in all customer contracts and carrier set ups. The Claims and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing keen attention to detail and acting as a liaison for both internal departments and customers.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in thoroughly investigating and settling claims, including OS&D, Bond, and Property Damage
- Support all carrier compliance duties, including MCP updates and carrier approval requests
- Assist in the carrier vetting and carrier onboarding process
- Send report of carrier relationship statuses weekly to necessary team members and update associated KeyPoint codes as needed
- Monitor changes in the transportation industry, including government regulations
- Perform customer account set up and maintenance
- Assist the Claims and Compliance Manager (CCM) as an escalation point of contact for all departments when severe OS&D occurs
- Ensure T1’s standards for safety and compliance policies are maintained
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation
Compensation for this role will range between 54,000-60,000.
Working conditions
General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard equipment available.
