Position: Veeva Vault Production Support Specialist
Location: Cambridge, MA - ONSITE
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description:
- Provide support in system administrator and provide production support (L1/L2 ) for Veeva Vault Applications as per company defined SLA.
- Having a good understanding of ServiceNow (Incidents, Problem Tickets, Change Managements, Service Requests) processes.
- Having a good understanding in Life Science industry processes.
- Having knowledge of GxP systems and documentations.
- Having knowledge on user account create/modify/inactive process.
- Having knowledge on custom reports, dashboards, and Object data.
