Business Development Representative

• This role will identify potential new customers and set appointments for sales personnel through phone and email communications with target clients

• 50-100 calls per day (depending on level of research required)

• Utilization of Hubspot CRM for managing customer information, logging calls, tracking emails, creating opportunities, and logging appointment information

• Some company/account research will be required, including creation of target client lists, using provided profile information and internet tools

• This role is “in-office” based

Job Requirements:

• Previous lead-generation experience preferred, but not necessary. We will provide training.

• Experience in using Hubspot CRM, Microsoft Office, and other internet tools (e.g. Linked-In) preferred, but not necessary

• Good communication skills

• Self-starter - good at managing own time

Internal Process:

• OTE of $95k – combination of base salary plus bonuses

• We will provide all computer and technology tools required for the position

• Industry and sales training will be provided.

• Scripts for both verbal and written messaging will be provided
