Your Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Leverage your accounting skills to prepare insightful financial reports.
- Manage rental documents with precision, handling both openings and closures.
- Be the friendly voice our customers hear as you answer their calls and service requests.
- Dispatch service technicians effectively, ensuring prompt responses.
- Maintain meticulous control over Phoenix's Short Term Rental inventory and perform quarterly reconciliations.
- Oversee credit card processes and resolve any disputes with finesse.
- Ensure operational efficiency by coordinating intra-branch logistics.
