Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Analyst will join a team at the fastest growing private commuter provider on the West Coast!  Get ready to flex your data analysis skills to make a real positive impact on our communities, the traffic, the environment, and many of the biggest brands in the world!

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to conduct data analysis to improve our operations. Your job will help us increase efficiency and reduce costs. In this role, you should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Your goal will be to help our operations run as smoothly as possible.

This role requires onsite presence at our Seattle Headquarters office Monday-Friday.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Create processes and methods to gather operational and financial data
  • Maintain, update, and improve data systems and recurring reports
  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Track KPIs and report on operation’s performance
  • Responding to data-related inquiries and resolving accuracy and integrity
  • Build and maintain dashboard reporting for key stakeholders

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role

·       2-5 years of experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting

·       Working knowledge of MS Office

·       Analytical mind with business acumen

·       Problem-solving aptitude

·       Attention to detail

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Outstanding organizational ability

·       BS/BA in Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field required

Salary range: $80k-$115k DOE

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
