- Handle key functions like labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and organizing materials with care and accuracy.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe—sanitation is a team effort!
- Communicate clearly with your team to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
- Help maintain lifting equipment and attend relevant safety training to keep your certifications current.
- Support our compliance with safety and regulatory standards (GMPs, OSHA, USDA, and others).
- Physically able to handle the job—standing for long periods, lifting up to 15 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 60 lbs. (We can provide reasonable accommodations if needed.)
- Be flexible with your schedule—some overtime or weekend shifts may be required.
- Inspect all incoming and outgoing items to ensure accuracy and quality, reporting any issues to the Materials Supervisor.
- Safely transport product loads between our main facility and off-site warehouse, ensuring counts and quality are maintained.
- Load/unload shipments efficiently in shipping and receiving areas or at off-site locations.
- Must maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and meet all applicable regulations related to truck driving.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a Vocational Rehabilitation Program
- Prior material handling or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance are required if driving a company vehicle (CDL or regular license based on vehicle type)
- If you’re new to North Carolina, you’ll need to obtain an NC license within 60 days of hire

We have two shifts available - A shift Monday-Thursday from 6am-6pm & 2nd shift Monday-Thursday from 4:30pm-3:00am.
