Responsibilities :
TranSystems is seeking a Civil Engineering intern for the Summer of 2024 interested in developing career skills in the following disciplines :
- Roadway Design
- Highway and Railroad Bridge Design and Rehabilitation
- Bridge Inspection
- Hydraulic Design and Analysis
- Site / Civil Design
- Traffic Studies
What you'll be challenged to do :
Successful candidates will work assisting our experienced Engineers by reviewing and performing calculations, developing design plans, learning industry software and CADD skills, and participating in bridge inspections. Other opportunities may include construction observation and site visits for pre-design scope development. This is a technical position intended for Civil Engineering students in their sophomore year of college or higher.
