Responsibilities :
What you'll be challenged to do :
Transystems has an immediate need for a Land Develpment CAD Technician in its Clearwater Office. In this position, the candidate will work directly with engineers, surveyors and other technicians to assist in the development of site construction plans and related construction documents for a variety of projects in the private, state, municipal and federal sectors. This is not a remote work position.
General Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the production of Civil related plans and drawings
- Responsible for accurate calculations in support development plan related drawings.
- Perform research of zoning, legal and land record data
- Conform in all respects with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, ordinances and other orders and to all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.
- Must be available to travel and work overtime occasionally.
