Job Description:
We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join our Connectivity Team and contribute to diagnosing, testing, and troubleshooting software issues in vehicle systems. This role focuses on the Access Control Module (ACM), connectivity features, and infotainment system support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the Access Control Module (ACM) and other ECU software.
- Perform and monitor Over-The-Air (OTA) updates and ensure smooth rollouts.
- Identify and resolve connectivity issues related to LTE, WiFi, GPS, and networking.
- Collaborate with development teams to document and debug software issues.
- Work with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN and CANoe.
- Assist in testing infotainment features and support development teams in debugging.
- Provide solutions and support for the Field Service Engineering team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years of experience with Access Control Module (ACM) or similar ECU component testing and diagnosis.
- 5 years of experience with Linux and embedded systems.
- 5 years of experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, etc.).
- Basic understanding of LTE, WiFi, GPS, and networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
Bonus: Experience with TCU (Telematics Control Unit) and Infotainment systems is a plus
