Job Summary
Our Truck Service team is comprised of nearly 3,000 highly skilled technicians and spans coast to coast. With over 280 locations across the country, TA Truck Service has a solid foundation and a forward-thinking vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-rate service to customers through extensive knowledge of products and services
- Write work orders, suggest sales, and handle over-the-counter transactions
- Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery
- Maintain safety of customers and team members
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous cashier and customer service experience; repair or parts shop experience preferred
- Strong suggestive selling skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions

Work Environment:
The team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally.
The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
