The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and closing new business partnership opportunities within the youth sports market per Traveling Teams Inc.’s standard operating procedures.
Sales Manager Job Summary :
The Sales Manager is responsible for representing the company’s brand image and delivering exceptional leadership. Their main duties are to facilitate active sales efforts, meet or exceed pre-established sales goals, aid in keeping the company profitable, and develop a strong marketing strategy. This entails a high level of ownership, youth sports market expertise, trend analysis, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication skills with clients and internal teammates are a must.
General Duties / Responsibilities :
- Demonstrating a proven track record of meeting established benchmarks,
- Identifying valuable markets to cultivate new business,
- Executing superior customer service techniques,
- Regularly following up with prospective business partners (leads) to maximize business opportunities,
- Building and maintaining relationships across a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders,
- Traveling (less than 25% of the time) to industry trade shows and professional networking events, whilst representing Traveling Teams Inc.'s brand image,
- Exhibiting a self-starter mentality with a passion for customer-centric service in a rapidly growing industry,
- Staying ahead of industry changes and environmental trends, and
- Performing all daily duties as assigned by the CEO.
