We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team and uphold our commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate will excel in guest relations, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests and efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and address inquiries promptly.
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized manner.
- Process various forms of payment accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other methods.
- Offer guests detailed information about the resort's amenities and local attractions.
- Manage room reservations effectively while ensuring accuracy.
- Complete all necessary paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in front desk operations, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous (Bilingual).
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices is a plus.
