Job Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Handle guest check-outs efficiently
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Address guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Experience in a resort or hospitality setting is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
