We are searching for a friendly, capable, and professional individual to fill the position of Front Desk Agent. Responsibilities include greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate employee, handling any concerns they may have, answering incoming calls and corresponding via email, and assisting with all aspects of office management. We seek an experienced employee with a high level of personal accountability and leadership skills who is committed to maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers' questions and complaints.
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Accurately answer customer's questions about company services, products, and policies.
- Have extensive knowledge of rooms, services, amenities, and other hotel information.
- Assist with customer check-in process.,Provide assistance with reservations.
- Give directions and suggestions for nearby restaurants and attractions.
- Answer questions about the local area.
