Hotel Front Desk Clerk
Hotel Front Desk Clerks, or Hotel Receptionists, are responsible for providing all of a hotel’s guests with an accommodating experience by coordinating amenities and responding to customer needs. Their duties include greeting people as they enter the lobby, fielding calls from guests and helping visitors check into their rooms.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other computer skills to manage customer information efficiently.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer satisfaction and service feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven customer support and client services experience
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle outbound calls in a call center environment
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong analytical skills and cash handling experience
- Effective typing skills and general computer proficiency

Pay: From $9.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Unadilla, GA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
