Position Summary :
The Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist is responsible for all global shipments of commercial and non-commercial materials; managing global inventory levels, import and export compliance, duty and VAT implications and reclaims, broker and transportation management. In addition, this position will be also responsible for processing requisitions and quotes and generating purchase orders in our system.
Responsibilities :
- Process all shipment requests ensuring appropriate import and export documentations
- Manage and track shipments of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Drug Product (DP), Commercial product and R&D sample materials
- Ensures on time delivery of goods and services
- Manage transportation and broker transactions
- Identify and file for monthly VAT reclaims
- Manage inventory levels of APIs and maintain safety stock
- Process Purchase Orders ensuring appropriate legal approval and following Procure to Pay (P2P) process
- Assist current and future initiatives

Compensation : Our competitive compensation package includes a combination of both cash compensation (base pay and short-term incentive) and long-term incentive compensation (company stock), designed to recognize, retain, and reward employees.
Target Base Pay Range :
80,000.00 - $105,000.00
