Job Summary
The Project Manager ensures the smooth operation and optimization of Lighthouse projects. They are responsible for maintaining and enhancing enterprise applications, providing advanced PM support, and driving the implementation of new solutions. Expertise in system administration and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues is essential in supporting the business operations and improving system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- The project manager's responsibilities will include planning, executing, and managing a project. They also will ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Planning
- Defining goals: Establish the project's scope, objectives, and goals
- Creating a plan: Develop a detailed plan that includes tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables
Executing
- Leading the team: Ensure the right people are assigned to the right tasks
- Managing schedules: Keep track of the project's progress and ensure tasks are completed on time
Managing
- Managing risks: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Managing budgets: Ensure the project is delivered within budget
- Managing resources: Allocate resources appropriately and adjust as needed
- Managing quality: Run check-ins to identify bottlenecks and ensure the project is error-free
Reporting
- Documenting activities: Ensure team members record their progress and the resources they use
- Preparing reports: Provide reports to stakeholders that document the project's activities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of the disciplines of Project Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects and participating individuals and teams to achieve increased competencies and effectiveness levels
- Computer literate and possesses good understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files)
- Understanding and knowledge of administration functions associated with Sales Force CRM system.
- Familiar with data management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and orientation; able to establish and maintain rapport with internal and external customers.
- Strong ethics and discretion with confidential or sensitive information
- Able to read, comprehend and understand information and ideas presented in writing or in alternative form.
- Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Minimum Education and Experience
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years' experience required.
- Experience using packages like Excel and Photoshop
- Previous experience with website or e-commerce CMS
- Previous working experience with responsibility to corporate initiatives, employee programs, corporate affairs, project management, or a related role
