Responsibilities


Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and professional environment.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members, including the preparation of documents and managing calendars.

Communication Management: Handle inbound and outbound correspondence, and distribute information efficiently.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, including arranging necessary materials and logistics.

Financial Administration: Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and monitoring office expenses.

Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate recording and filing of important documents and records in both physical and digital formats.

Customer Service: Offer a friendly and responsive point of contact for clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.



Requirements


Prior Experience: Proven administrative experience, preferably in an office management role.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities are a must.

Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.

Problem-Solving: Capability to resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to the hybrid work structure and handle both in-office and remote tasks efficiently.

Team Collaboration: Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with team members and support various departments.

Certification: Administrative or office management certification would be beneficial.
