Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage 3rd party events
- Assist Events and Community Outreach Coordinator with all aspects of events, including planning, and “day of” event assistance.
- Assist in tracking and coordinating all event logistics, documents, and update database.
- Work hands-on completing event needs
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Excellent organizational skills
- Dependable
- Keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, etc.
- Experience event planning a plus
Salary : $18 - $20
