Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligence Operations Coordinator to join our team at TRAX Corporate Office. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for coordinating intelligence operations and ensuring the protection of sensitive information and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Intelligence Operations: Coordinate and process security clearances, and develop and implement security procedures for classified information.
- Supervise Security Operations: Supervise and direct security measures within the facility to ensure effective security operations.
- Manage Document Control: Manage document control procedures for classified information to ensure compliance with government and company policies.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Baccalaureate degree with at least three (3) years of experience in security administration or equivalent year of experience with direct federal government or contractor supporting federal government contracts.
- Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance.
- Citizenship: US Citizen.
Working Conditions
- The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment and sometimes in the field where you are subject to the environment.
- Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.
