Job Description
TRAX International is currently seeking an individual to assist with development and documentation as it relates to the planning, operations and maintenance of enterprise software applications at the Yuma Proving Ground. Duties include but not limited to developing project documentation, collecting and tracking requirements, project reporting, QA testing and assisting users with supported enterprise applications. The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, apply best practices and principles of project management to all efforts, experienced with software development and agile methodology. Candidates must have experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA and confluence. Other duties as assigned.

Education / Licenses / Certifications / Experience Requirements :
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR equivalent work experience / certifications
- Must be able to obtain PMI Project Management Professional certification within 1 year of hire.
- 1-3 years' project management / IT industry experience
- Experience with Azure DevOPS, JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed - sometimes on short notice - to support test missions.Must have dependable transportation and a dependable means of communication.Must be able speak, write, read, and understand English.Must be punctual, responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and dependable.Must have a well-mannered customer service attitude.Must demonstrate motivation, initiative, and reliability.Must be willing to cross-train in other areas.Must use "down-time" effectively to the benefit of test, self, and company.Additional Desirable Qualifications :
Experience with PowerBISCRUM Master CertifiedITIL V3 Foundation CertifiedPrevious experience with DoD Information Assurance (STIG, IAVM)Terms of Employment & Eligibility Requirements :
