What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Administrator position at TRC Companies, Inc.?
TRC) is seeking a full-time Project Administrator within our Property Condition Assessment (PCA) team to assist with administrative tasks for the team as assigned by TRC’s National Program Manager (NPM).
- Project research (historical, regulatory, etc.)
- Communication with key TRC staff
- Communication with client and subject site representatives
- Data compilation and organization
- Report preparation and completion
- Preparation of quality supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.)
- Project tracking and coordination
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the NPM, associated with report deliverable
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
- Ability to work on several projects concurrently
- Exceptional typing and writing skills
- Ability to take dictation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, WORD, EXCEL
- Ability to learn and master specialty software (PARCEL Platform)
- Associates Degree or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
