Macdonald & Co. is proud to be exclusively partnered with a commercial real estate development and investment firm based in Northern Charlotte to appoint a Development Project Administrator. Our client specializes in the development of multifamily, senior living and self-storage assets.
The purpose of the Development Project Administrator's role will be to administer, organize and support every aspect of all assigned projects to ensure success of developments. They will be responsible for:
- Assisting with pre-development scope of projects including coordination with all consultants.
- Assisting with the coordination of all government approvals for projects.
- Assisting in the development of project schedules & reports.
- Coordinating unit specs to present to ownership and leasing team.
- Monitoring weekly progress of projects
- Coordinating the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project.
- Providing detailed updates to each Development Director and/or other stakeholders
- Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources needed to complete their assigned tasks on time and on budget
- Organizing reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access
- Planning meetings and organizing project logistics
- Staying ahead of project details; taking a proactive approach to their responsibilities, rather than reactive.
